The A.L.I.V.E. active shooter training was developed out of the necessity to save lives. The founder and creator, Michael Julian, saw a deficiency in how people responded to these tragic events and decided to create an easy yet effective training program to give people hope. The reality is that we are living in a world that can come unhinged at a moments notice and if we are not prepared to handle the stress of an active shooter, the chances of making the right decisions are statistically low.
